Luke: A Gentile’s Chronicle of Christ 52

Retunring to Luke's gospel, we see Jesus concluding His extensive teaching session that was followed by a dinner invitation by a Pharisee. Immediately there is tension, as Jesus does not follow their manner of ceremonial hand washing. The surprise thoughts of the Pharisee becomes a launchpad for a series of issues the Jewish leasders hide inwardly with an outward show of piety.
