Psalm 67:1-7; Continuing the exploration of Advent through inspired ancient foreteilling in the book of Psalms. Although Psalm 67 is not typically considered a messianic psalm, the theme of salvation through Yahweh-God and encouragement to share knowledge of the Lord with the “nations” has a clear NT application to the mission of Jesus Christ.
It is good to remember the joy that comes from the realization of who Christ is. The gift that the Father gave in His son and the gift of Jesus the Messiah
In His shed blood. We are the gift that the Father gives to His son… He came and fulfilled Moses’ prayer to us… He taught, He was born of a Jewish girl from the tribe of Judah, and through Him, we will one day see the glory of God. Amen
Jesus fulfilled the prayer of Moses
Teach me your ways
Remember your people- He was born of a young Jewish girl in the line of David
Show me your glory… YHWH in human form
That we may be saved and not destroyed..
Good teaching..
