Plumbing the Depths of Revelation 50

The angel who showed John the New Jerusalem took him to the source of the "water of life" that Yahweh-God mentiond in chapter 21. A river of water was flowing from "the throne of God and of the Lamb".This river runs down the middle of the "great street" and nourishes the "tree of life" which will produce monthly crops of fruit. This is the recreation of Eden, where "there will no longer be any curse". John is so overcome by these realities, he again falls down to worship the angel, who rebukes the old apostle. Instead, he instructs John, "Worship God!
