The materials are supplied by offerings that will go towards completing the tabernacle and fixtures…..including the Ark of the Covenant. The design of the Ark is laid out, along with the function as God’s earthly throne.

Exodus 24; Moses brings the completed Book of the Covenant to Israel for acceptance by sacrifice and consecration by blood. Then he returns to Yahweh-God on Mt. Sinai to receive the tablets of stone of the law and commandments.
