Luke 7:11-17; After healing the centurion’s servant from a distance in Capernaum, Jesus and the following crowd headed south to the small village of Nain. As they apprached, a funerarl procession was headed out to bury the only son of a widow. Jesus had compassion and first addressed the grieveing mother before raising her son from the dead.
